Enlarged Uterus
Most uterine pathologies result in an enlarged uterus. Enlargement has numerous negative effects on the system such as putting strain on the bladder, colon and suspensory system. Furthermore, proper blood flow to the uterus is blocked due to pressure (causing more cramping).
This image was created to be an antidote to typical image searches for female reproductive anatomy. Excellent for midwives, doulas, uterine massage groups, moon circles, red tent gatherings, body work courses and doctors offices.
